DAY NURSERIES
If you have registered for a place or requested a tour, we will contact you within 3 working days from the email address enquiries@wiseowlschildcare.co.uk. Please keep an eye out for our email. If you don’t receive an email from us please check your junk mail or email us to enquiries@wiseowlschildcare.co.uk.
BOOKING AN EXTRA SESSION AT DAY NURSERY
If you are an existing family and would like to book an extra session with us, please use your Famly app to do this under the ‘Bookings’ tab. We do not take ad hoc bookings for day nurseries if you are not already attending.
CUSTOMER FEEDBACK OR COMPLAINTS:
We will aim to respond to your feedback or complaint within 5 working days.
