Director & Founder
Tanya has a wealth of experience with over 25 years in childcare. She is actively involved in the planning and progression of all nurseries and clubs. You will work alongside Tanya as part of the Head Office team.
Laura has been with Wise Owls since 2009 and has an NVQ Level 3 Diploma in Childcare and Education and she is our DSL and Mental Health First Aider. She has 18 years of experience in childcare and also has HR experience.
Sales & Marketing Manager
Ally joined Wise Owls in late 2020. She has a Bachelor of Education and a Master of Marketing. She has over 15 years experience working in education and 4 years in childcare and out of school hours care.
Viraj joined Wise Owls in July 2022. He has a Bachelor of Commerce and Master of Business Administration. He will onboard you into Wise Owls and be on hand to support you through any HR queries during your employment.
Quality Assurance Manager
Sophie joined Wise Owls in 202. She is an experienced Education Advisor, Behaviour Analyst Tutor, support worker and senior manager in Day Nurseries. She has a Level 2 & 3 Diploma Childcare & Education and young people’s workforce.
Lisa joined us in 2019 as an administrative assistant. She is DBS approved. Being a working mother she has a good understanding of the needs of our clients.
Hazel joined Wise Owls in 2023. She has a wealth of administration, customer service and office experience, and is DBS approved.
Debbie has been with Wise Owls Childcare since 2010. She has her Book Keeping Qualification Level 1 and 2 and City and Guilds Computerised Book Keeping Level 3.
Lisa joined the team in 2018 bringing with her 25 years of administration and accounts experience.
