
Tanya Galitzine
Founder
Wise Owls Childcare is a locally owned and run nursery business founded by Tanya Galitzine in 2000 at Winbury School, Bray. After training at The Norland College, Tanya gained an NNEB, Norland Diploma in Childcare in 1995, and subsequently spent over 25 years working within the childcare sector. As a parent, she also appreciates the many challenges of parenthood and the importance of assuring parents that their child is in very good hands.

Laura Hughes
Business and HR Manager
Laura has been with Wise Owls since 2009 and has an NVQ Level 3 Diploma in Childcare and Education. Laura is our designated Safeguarding Officer and First Aider. She is DBS approved. Laura started her time at Wise Owls as a deputy manager in our after school club so is familiar with all aspects of the business. Laura's children also attend our provision so she has experienced Wise Owls from both a management and parent perspective.

Emma Mountjoy
Office Manager
Emma joined the Wise Owls team in 2014. She has an NVQ Level 3 Diploma in Business Administration. She is First Aid trained and DBS approved.

Debbie Millar
Accounts Manager
Debbie has been with Wise Owls Childcare since 2010. She has her Book Keeping Qualification Level 1 and 2 and City and Guilds Computerised Book Keeping Level 3.

Lisa Morley
Invoicing Administrator
Lisa joined the team in 2018 bringing with her 25 years of administration and accounts experience.

Zoe Adam
Admin Assistant
Zoe has been with us since 2012. She has an NVQ Level 2 Diploma in Childcare and is trained in safeguarding. Zoe used to work as an assistant in our after school provision so she is very familiar with all aspects of our service. Her children have also attended our provision. She is DBS approved.

Lisa Warren
Admin Assistant
Lisa joined us in 2019 as an administrative assistant. She is DBS approved. Being a working mother she has a good understanding of the needs of our clients.
