How to join Wise Owls in 5 easy steps
STEP 1: BOOK A VIRTUAL TOUR AND A MEETING WITH OUR TEAM
If you are considering Wise Owls Preschool for your childcare needs, please phone us 01628 620013 or email email@example.com to speak to one of our friendly team members and arrange a virtual tour. We would love to show you around our nursery and share some information that will help you make this important decision.
STEP 2: COMPLETE AN ONLINE REGISTRATION FORM
If you have made the decision that you would like your child to join our Day Nursery the first thing to do is to register yourself and the child online HERE.
There is a certain amount of information that we need to have from you in order to be able to manage our activities, comply with legislation and offer your child the best care and security.
STEP 3: LOG IN TO OUR PARENT PORTAL
Parents will not be able to log in to the parent portal until they have visited the nursery or taken a virtual tour. Following this, once you have made the decision to join Wise Owls Day Nursery and have completed the registration form, you will be provided with your own unique registration number that will allow you to make a booking. This unique number will access your account so it must be kept safe at all times.
STEP 4: LOG IN TO OUR SECURE BOOKING SYSTEM
Once you have your registration number you will be able to log in to our secure booking system. You can then select the booking option and sessions you require by following the on-screen instructions.
Please be aware at this point you will be asked for the registration fee and deposit which you must pay by online by BAC payment before you can secure any childcare sessions.
STEP 5: BOOKING CONFIRMATION
Your booking is NOT confirmed until you receive a confirmation email of your booking. We will send this if/when we have space for your chosen days/ sessions.
Frequently Asked Questions
Can I book for just a few odd days of Pre School and not a whole term?
No, you will be required to do your permanent sessions each week. Payment will be required when you make the booking and you will receive a confirmation once we have check availability. So, it is best to call and check this first.
What if I have more than one child?
Each child needs to be registered separately, but this is a one-off process. Thereafter please just ensure you keep your details updated. Log in to add a child.
What if I do not wish to register online?
Please call our office on 01628 620013 and we will assist with the registration and booking process. However, you will need to keep these details up to date at all times for the safety of your child.
